Volunteer information

About becoming a volunteer:

  • We have volunteer roles in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Roles include Street Team, Support Hubs, Period Friendly and StreetCycles. Available roles are displayed below and you can apply by clicking to read more.

  • Once you've watched the video, you can choose the role you're interested in from the list below to find out more about it – you can then apply directly. Once your Application is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know the next steps.

    Depending on the role, we may need to do a PVG check. Full training for the role will be provided. 

  • Due to the work we do, you must be 18 or over to be a Simon Community Scotland volunteer.
